This was the first cake I made for estudiotorta. It explores layered buttercream florals arranged asymmetrically to evoke natural growth patterns. Warm reds and burnt orange tones reflect autumnal palettes.
Techniques include florals, piping textures, and structural stacking for height emphasis. My flavor process usually consists of asking the customer for their favorite flavors and build creatively off of that.
